Shipping Policy


The following shipping policy apply for all purchases made on this website.

MAZH uses Courier Guy as their courier services. Delivery is within South Africa.

We make every effort to ship your order to you within your shipping option selected. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item or that the item is on Pre-Order (please check the expected delivery date in the description product). If for any reason we cannot send out your order you will be notified immediately.

 

Tracking

Shipments sent by courier can be tracked by visiting on their website and entering the tracking number sent in the email confirming your order's shipment. 

Lost Parcels:

Should such a situation arise, MAZH is compelled to respect the time-frames set by the carriers in regard to declaring the loss and the refunding of the shipment. Hence, you are also bound to the same time-frames: In order for MAZH to officially declare a parcel lost, you have ten (10) business working days to declare the lost parcel starting from the date you received the shipment confirmation e-mail. Beyond this time period, no claim will be accepted.

Complaints and Claims and Queries must be brought to the attention of MAZH team by emailing us at info@shopmazh.com.

 

For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or province/state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.
